7月2日木曜日午後3時から午後4時まで、東京サイ レディースはオンラインでグル プールニマー前夜祭を行います。
In the first half of the program, we will offer our transformational experiences at the Divine Lotus Feet on Guru Poornima Day. First, each of us selects one Swami’s message, and express the action derived from them with positive words (affirmation). For example, “I will control my tongue and eat only satvic foods” or “I am always in peace”, etc. Remind yourself this affirmation every day so that you can control your action in a positive way. Continue this routine until July 2nd, and share your experiences of transformation. Observers are welcome. Regarding the effect of affirmation, please read this article “mantras and Mordern Science Part 2”.
プログラム前半では、グルの日にスワミに変容の体験を捧げます。まずスワミの御言葉を一つ選び、その御言葉から引き出される行動を肯定的な言葉（アファメーション）にします。例えば、「心をコントロールすれば、平安の中に留まることができます」という御言葉から、「私は味覚をコントロールして良い物を食べます」とか「私はいつも平安にいます」など、自分の行動に結びつく言葉（アファメーション）を作り、毎日その言葉を自分自身に言い聞かせます。これを7月2日まで続けて、それぞれに起こった変容の体験を分かち合います。この日はオブザーバー参加もOKです。アファメーションの効果についてはサイ メールマガジンの記事をご参照ください。
In the second half of the program, bhajan practice for post-Guru Poornima festival on July 9th is conducted. We practice Japanese devotional song “ANATA NO AI NO FUKASA WA” (Japanese version of “Hum Ko Tum Se”) . Other bhajans and playlists for July 9th are as the followings:
