Tokyo & Yokohama Sai Ladies conducts regular online meeting from 15:00 to 16:30 on Thursday / National Holiday, February 11, 2021.

We will have a study circle focusing on the following questions:　（We will skip No.1 & 3 which were done on January 28)

1. What is your trigger or story for becoming a devotee of Swami?　
2. Looking back over your life from birth to now, what have you noticed?
3. Do you have any memorable episodes from your past activities?　
4. Do you ever feel close to Swami? What is it?　
5. What has changed since you became a devotee of Swami?　
6. Do you have any rules as a devotee?　
7. What are the teachings of Swami that impressed you most?
8. How do you want to be in terms of spirituality XX years from now? What are you planning to do to achieve it?

Please be informed that the only regular meeting in February will be on National Holiday Thursday, February 11, 2021.

2月11日(木・祝）15時から16時30分まで、東京＆横浜合同の定例オンラインミーティングが行われます。

内容は、下記の質問を中心にしたスタディーサークルを予定しています。（１，３は前回のスタディーサークルで終了）

1. スワミに帰依するきっかけや経緯は何ですか？　
2. あなたが生まれてから今までの人生を振り返って、何か気づいたことはありますか？　
3. これまでの活動で思い出に残っているエピソードはありますか？　
4. スワミを身近に感じることはありますか？それはどんなことですか？　
5. スワミの帰依者になって変わったことはありますか？　
6. 帰依者として毎日行っている習慣はありますか？　
7. スワミの御教えの中で最も心に響く御教えは何ですか？
8. 今から〇年後、霊性において、どのようになっていたいですか？そのために今からしたいと思っていることはありますか？

In our last meeting of this year, we will look back on a year and share each spiritual transformation in 2020 when we had to change our lifestyle due to COVID-19. You can refer your action plan which you wrote in January 2020. If you can not attend the meeting, you can send us email to share your experiences beforehand.

Also, Sis Chiho Udagawa will offer Shinto prayer to conclude this year in a mini-session. Please join our last ladies’ session of the year with pure heart.

次回、今年最後のオンラインミーティングのテーマは、今年一年の振り返りです。コロナ禍の中での霊性修行という大きな変革期を通して、変容を体験された方も多いのではないでしょうか？
昨年作成した今年一年のアクションプランをお持ちの方は参考にしましょう。当日参加はできないけれど、文章でシェアしてもらえる方はメールで世話人までお送りください。
また、ミニセッションでは、Sis宇田川千帆さんが、神道の大祓詞を行います。

12月3日木曜日午後3時から午後4時まで、今年行われた「Be Happy プロジェクト」をテーマにした東京＆横浜合同オンラインミーティングが行われます。

Tokyo & Yokohama Sai Ladies will join Online International Ladies Day from 0:30pm to 3:00pm (JST) on Thursday, November 19, 2020. Also, we will learn the significance of NIINAMESAI Festival which is observed by Shinto Religion every November 23rd through online meeting from 7:30 PM through 9:00 PM on Thursday, November 19, 2020. 次回のサイレディース定例会は、11月19日（木）午後0時半から午後3時までオンラインで行われるSSIO主催の国際レディースデーに参加します。また、午後7時30分から午後9時まで、 スワミの御降誕祭でもある11月23日の勤労感謝の日に執り行われる神道の新嘗祭の意義についてオンライン ミーティングで学びます。詳細はお問い合わせください。

Study Circle on “Study on Sai Literature”. Studying Sai Literature is one of our nine codes of conduct. We would like to share each one’s favorite Sai Literature, the reason and impressive words of Bhagwan and discuss why we should study Sai Literature regularly. You may be honest to your feeling and share difficulties you face when you try to practice regular studies or tips to study Sai Literatures, etc. May your time with Swami be be more valuable and profound. Sai Ram!

内容は「サイの文献を学ぶ」というテーマのスタディーサークルです。︎サイ文献を学ぶことは、９つの行動規定のひとつにもありますが、今回は、皆さまにとって、好きなオススメの一冊（サイ文献）をお聞きしたり、その理由、または、心に響く御言葉をシェアして頂きながら、『なぜ、霊的書物を定期的に学ぶことが大切なのか』に焦点を当ててみたいと思います。 また逆に、定期的に学ぶことの難しさ、向き合い方の秘訣、なども、気軽にシェアして頂けると幸いです。私たち一人一人と、スワミご自身との時間が、より深く、豊かなものとなりますように。

9月17日木曜日午後3時から4時までオンライン ミーティングを行います。

We begin with online study circle on “How to practice Sai’s Teachings while interacting with others”.

まずは「人と関わりながら、どのようにスワミの御教えを実践していくのか」をテーマにしたスタディサークルを行います。

Your whole family may believe in Sai, or you may be the only one Sai devotee in your family. You may also be practicing Swami’s teachings in your office or among your friends in various ways. Please share your experience, whether it’s a failure or a success.

ご家族でスワミに帰依されている方も、家族は誰もスワミを知らない、という方もいらっしゃると思います。また、職場や友人の中でも、様々工夫をされながら、スワミの御教えを実践されているのではないでしょうか？体験や成功した例、失敗した例、何でもかまいませんので、ご自由にお話しください。
