奉仕（セヴァ）と一体性
奉仕は一体性を実践する最高の機会です。一体性は、サイオーガニゼーションの奉仕の特徴です。

サハ ヴィールヤム カラヴァーヴァハイ
テージャスヴィナーヴァディータマストゥ マー ヴィドヴィシャー ヴァハイー
（皆ともに動きましょう。皆ともに成長しましょう。ともに一つであり、知性においてともに成長しましょう。友情と調和の内にともに生きましょう。）
これは、一体性について述べてあるヴェーダのマントラです。スワミは一体性を繰り返し私たちにお教えになります。一体性こそが霊性であるとおっしゃいます。
私たちは、家庭においては家族と共に行動し生活します。職場においては同僚たちと共に働きます。地域社会においては近隣の方々と共に支え合います。サイオーガニゼーションにおいても調和の内に活動します。このようにあらゆる場においていつも一体性を実践していると、心の中にあるさまざまな壁は少しずつ取り除かれていきます。
奉仕はこの一体性を実践する最高の機会です。奉仕の参加者が一体となり、奉仕の受け手とも一体となったとき、奉仕は心を浄化する霊性修行となります。
私たちは、小倉でナラヤナセヴァを行っています。北九州においては、さまざまな方々のご尽力により、ホームレスの方々への理解が深まってきています。私たちがかかわったナラヤナさん（ホームレスの方）の数はそう多くはありませんが、それらの方々のうちの幾人かが路上生活から脱出されています。
ナラヤナさん方と話していると、「詳しいことはいわれないけれど、いろいろ事情があるのよ」と言われながら、話せる範囲で話を聞かせてくださいます。私たちもできるだけそれらの話に耳を傾け、可能な範囲の助力を申し出ます。サティアサイオーガニゼーションの奉仕は、寄付に頼らず、私たちが犠牲にしたお金や時間、労力の範囲内に活動を制限しています。ですからナラヤナさん方のあらゆる必要を満たすことはできませんが、それらを最善の方法で解決するように努めています。このような犠牲を通して、私たちの日々の生活とナラヤナさん方の生活がつながっています。これは一体性です。
あらゆる人々がこの一体性の内に生きなければなりません。サティアサイオーガニゼーションの奉仕が霊的であることの意味はここにあります。そしてこれがサティアサイオーガニゼーションの奉仕の特徴となっています。
Saha navavatu saha nau bhunaktu saha viryam karavavahai tejasvinavadhitamastu ma vidvisavahai(Let us all move together. Let us all grow together. Let us stay united and grow in intelligence together. Let us live together with friendship and harmony)
This is a vedic mantra stated of unity. Swami teaches us unity repeatedly. He says unity is spirituality.
We live and work together with family at home. At workplace, we work together with fellow workers. In community, we support each other with neighborhood. In SSO, we work in harmony. In these way, if we are practicing unity at any place and at any time, our mind and heart are purified gradually.
Service activity is a best chance for practicing unity. In the case participants of service activity get one, and objects of service get also one, service becomes sadhana which purify our heart.
We are doing Narayana seva. In Kitakyusyu, many people help and understand homeless people. Narayana(homeless people) whom we concerned in are about 20 people, and few of them get out of homeless stuation.
Narayana talk to us about various matters as far as they want to. We listen to them and offer help as far as we can. Service activity in SSO doesn¥'t depend on donation. We restrict our activity in a range of money, time, labor what we sacrifice. So we can¥'t satisfy all need of Narayana, but we are trying to solve ther problem in best way. Our life and life of Narayana are connected through sacrifice. This is unity.
