  • Question 2: Share what you succeeded in saving.
  • Question 3: Share positive transformation which occurred in your life or yourself after starting “Ceiling on Desires” program.

「節制」の冊子をベースとして、お金、時間、食物、エネルギーに関するチェック表を作り、２０２１年４月から１１月まで、九つの行動規定の一つである「節制」に取り組んでいます。

  • 質問１：お金、食物、時間、エネルギーで、節制がうまくいかなかったことををシェアしてください。
  • 質問２：お金、食物、時間、エネルギーで、節制がうまくいっていることをシェアしてください。
  • 質問３：節制を意識するようになってから、暮らしや自分に起こった良い変化をシェアしてください。

Veda Class for Kanazawa Sai Ladies 金沢サイ レディースのヴェーダクラス

Veda Class for Kanazawa Sai Ladies will continue to be conducted 20:00-21:00, Every Monday.

Sai Ladies from other areas can join bi-weekly Tuesday Class / 19:00-20:00

金沢サイ レディース対象のヴェーダクラスは引き続き、毎週月曜日20:00-21:00 に開催されることになりました。

金沢以外のサイレディース対象のヴェーダクラスは、隔週火曜日19:00-20:00　に開催されます。次回は5月25日の開催です。

Tokyo & Yokohama Sai Ladies on May 13, 2021 東京横浜サイレディースの活動予定（5月13日）

Tokyo & Yokohama Sai Ladies conducts regular online program from 15:00 to 16:30 on Thursday, May 13, 2021. One lead singer and one follower will be paired up to sing each bhajan. We will rehearse in the first half, and then offer bhajans to Bhagwan in the last half.

5月13日（木）の東京横浜サイ レディースのオンライン プログラムは、バジャンを中心に行います。当日は、リードシンガーとフォローシンガーの2名で1曲ずつバジャンを歌います。前半はバジャンの音合わせ、後半は本番として、スワミに捧げます。

Kanazawa Sai Ladies in April 2021 金沢サイレディース4月の活動予定

Veda Class for Ladies　

Since the number of participants has increased, we have decided to split the class into two starting in April so that each participant can practice more intensively.

  • Weekly Monday Class（4/5、4/12、4/19、4/26）　20:00-21:00 ：for Sai Ladies from Kanazawa
  • Bi-weekly Tuesday Class（4/13、4/20）19:00-20:00：for Sai Ladies from Other Areas

If you are unable to attend the class to which you belong, you may attend the other class as an observer. If you wish to change your affiliation due to scheduling conflicts, please contact the coordinator of Kanazawa Sai Ladies.

参加人数が増えてきたため、十分な練習時間が確保できるように、4月からクラスを２つに分けることにしました。

  • 毎週月曜日クラス（4/5、4/12、4/19、4/26）　20:00-21:00 ：金沢サイ レディース対象
  • 隔週火曜日クラス（4/13、4/20）19:00-20:00：金沢以外のサイ レディース対象

所属のクラスに参加できなかった場合、もう一つのクラスにオブザーバー参加することができます。スケジュールの都合で、所属を変更したい場合は、金沢サイレディース世話人にご連絡ください。
