Tokyo & Yokohama Sai Ladies conducts online meeting from 3 PM to4 PM on Thursday, October 1, 2020.

次回サイレディースは10月1日木曜日（10月は第1・3木曜日）15時～16時に行います。

Study Circle on “Study on Sai Literature”. Studying Sai Literature is one of our nine codes of conduct. We would like to share each one’s favorite Sai Literature, the reason and impressive words of Bhagwan and discuss why we should study Sai Literature regularly. You may be honest to your feeling and share difficulties you face when you try to practice regular studies or tips to study Sai Literatures, etc. May your time with Swami be be more valuable and profound. Sai Ram!

内容は「サイの文献を学ぶ」というテーマのスタディーサークルです。︎サイ文献を学ぶことは、９つの行動規定のひとつにもありますが、今回は、皆さまにとって、好きなオススメの一冊（サイ文献）をお聞きしたり、その理由、または、心に響く御言葉をシェアして頂きながら、『なぜ、霊的書物を定期的に学ぶことが大切なのか』に焦点を当ててみたいと思います。また逆に、定期的に学ぶことの難しさ、向き合い方の秘訣、なども、気軽にシェアして頂けると幸いです。私たち一人一人と、スワミご自身との時間が、より深く、豊かなものとなりますように。

Kanazawa Sai Ladies Online Meeting on September 19, 2020 金沢サイレディースオンラインミーティング（9月19日）

Regular Online Meeting of Kanazawa Sai Ladies will be conducted on Saturday, September 19th from 7:30 PM to 9 PM.

9月19日（土）午後7時30分～午後9時まで、金沢サイレディースのオンライン定例会が行われます。

We are going to make a presentation about Japanese traditional culture and share our own experiences with Indian people, who are always so kind to us.
In this first session, we will give a presentation about Mt. Hakusan worship and sisters share their experiences.

今回は、いつもお世話になっているインド人の皆さんに向けて、日本の伝統文化について発表したり、私たち日本人の体験談をシェアするプログラムです。第1回目となる今回は、地元で私たちをいつも見守ってくれている白山についてのプレゼンテーションと、シスターの体験談をシェアします。

We would like to conduct introducing session of Japanese culture like this one on an irregular basis, while listening to the wishes of Indian devotees.

今後も、インド人の皆さんのご希望を聞きながら、イレギュラーで準備開催していきたいと思っております。

The next Kanazawa Ladies Online Meeting will be conducted in October.

次回の金沢レディースオンラインミーティングは、10月を予定しています。

Tokyo & Yokohama Sai Ladies conducts online study circle from 3 pm to 4 pm on on Thursday, September 17, 2020.

9月17日木曜日午後3時から4時までオンラインミーティングを行います。

We begin with online study circle on “How to practice Sai’s Teachings while interacting with others”.

まずは「人と関わりながら、どのようにスワミの御教えを実践していくのか」をテーマにしたスタディサークルを行います。

Your whole family may believe in Sai, or you may be the only one Sai devotee in your family. You may also be practicing Swami’s teachings in your office or among your friends in various ways. Please share your experience, whether it’s a failure or a success.

ご家族でスワミに帰依されている方も、家族は誰もスワミを知らない、という方もいらっしゃると思います。また、職場や友人の中でも、様々工夫をされながら、スワミの御教えを実践されているのではないでしょうか？体験や成功した例、失敗した例、何でもかまいませんので、ご自由にお話しください。

We conclude with Jyoti meditation.

最後に光明瞑想を行います。
