Tokyo ＆Yokohama Sai Ladies in April 2021 東京＆横浜サイ レディースの4月の活動予定

Tokyo & Yokohama Sai Ladies conducts regular online meeting from 15:00 to 16:30 on 2nd and 4th Thursday.

On April 8, we will learn about Buddhism as Hanamatsuri (Lord Buddha’s Birthday Celebration) is celebrated throughout the Japan. Mini seminar & study circle on Buddhism will be conducted.

On April 22, we will focus on “Vegetarian diet” and then study circle on food will be conducted.

Also, Kanazawa Sai Ladies conducts online veda class from 20:00 to 21:00 every Monday. We can learn Medha Suktam from female Sai Student. Any Sai Ladies are welcome. (No class on March 22 and 29)

4月からのレディース活動は、月2回、第2・第4木曜15:00～16:30に行います。

4月8日(木)はお釈迦様のご生誕をお祝いする花祭りです。この日は、仏教をテーマにしたミニ講座とスタディーサークルが行われます。

4月22日（木）のテーマは菜食です。菜食レシピを教わった後、食に関するスワミの御言葉を中心にスタディーサークルを行います。

また、金沢在住のサイ女子大学卒業生が毎週月曜日20:00~21:00まで、ヴェーダ「MEDHA SUKTAM」をオンラインで教えてくださいます。興味のある方はどうぞご参加ください。（3月22日と29日は休講です）

Tokyo & Yokohama Sai Ladies conducts regular online meeting from 15:00 to 16:30 on Thursday, January 28, 2021.

We will have a study circle focusing on the following questions:

  1. What is your trigger or story for becoming a devotee of Swami?　
  2. Looking back over your life from birth to now, what have you noticed?
  3. Do you have any memorable episodes from your past activities?　
  4. Do you ever feel close to Swami? What is it?　
  5. What has changed since you became a devotee of Swami?　
  6. Do you have any rules as a devotee?　
  7. What are the teachings of Swami that impressed you most?
  8. How do you want to be in terms of spirituality XX years from now? What are you planning to do to achieve it?

Please be informed that the only regular meeting in February will be on National Holiday Thursday, February 11, 2021.

  5. スワミの帰依者になって変わったことはありますか？　
  6. 帰依者として毎日行っている習慣はありますか？　
  7. スワミの御教えの中で最も心に響く御教えは何ですか？
  8. 今から〇年後、霊性において、どのようになっていたいですか？そのために今からしたいと思っていることはありますか？
