  • 14:00-15:30 We’ll join the Online Meeting on “Ceiling on Desires” conducted by Osaka Sai Ladies.
  • Short Break
  • 15:30-16:00 Allocation bhajan singers on June 24: If you are able to sing on June 24 but will not be present on June 10, please send an e-mail to the Coordinator of Tokyo Sai Ladies with your preferred song. Ladies from not only Tokyo and Yokohama but also other areas are welcome to join us.

From April to November 2021, we focus on “Ceiling on Desires”, one of our Nine Codes of Conducts, with our original checklist of money, time, food, and energy.

Program on June 10, 2021

Sharing the progress of “Ceiling on Desires” in the last two months
  • Question 1: Share what you wasted.
  • Question 2: Share what you succeeded in saving.
  • Question 3: Share positive transformation which occurred in your life or yourself after starting “Ceiling on Desires” program.

「節制」の冊子をベースとして、お金、時間、食物、エネルギーに関するチェック表を作り、２０２１年４月から１１月まで、九つの行動規定の一つである「節制」に取り組んでいます。

【節制のプログラム】2ヶ月間の振り返り
  • 質問１：お金、食物、時間、エネルギーで、節制がうまくいかなかったことををシェアしてください。
  • 質問２：お金、食物、時間、エネルギーで、節制がうまくいっていることをシェアしてください。
  • 質問３：節制を意識するようになってから、暮らしや自分に起こった良い変化をシェアしてください。

Veda Class for Kanazawa Sai Ladies 金沢サイ レディースのヴェーダクラス

Veda Class for Kanazawa Sai Ladies will continue to be conducted 20:00-21:00, Every Monday.

Sai Ladies from other areas can join bi-weekly Tuesday Class / 19:00-20:00

金沢サイ レディース対象のヴェーダクラスは引き続き、毎週月曜日20:00-21:00 に開催されることになりました。

金沢以外のサイレディース対象のヴェーダクラスは、隔週火曜日19:00-20:00　に開催されます。次回は5月25日の開催です。
